During a Reiki session, you’ll be gently guided into a state of relaxation and open to healing energies. The practitioner will place their hands lightly on or near your body to help balance your energy flow and promote overall well-being. If you wish, pendulums and cards can also be invited to the session to provide additional guidance and insights. These tools can help deepen the experience and offer clarity on your journey to health and harmony.
